This will all depend on how much we can individually store at our own homes too.

First of all if it is left over’s we definitely want to make sure that we are storing our meal in a container that seals tight. This is to insure that no bacteria can grow in it while it remains in the cold refrigerator. If the noodles are stored in this fashion then they will last for seven days in a container that is sealed tightly. I would recommend that if you only use half of the bag then make sure that the noodles are drained and rinsed prior to storing the other half for another sitting. If the meal is prepared and we are talking about the shirataki noodles sitting in a sauce it may be best to consume them within a two to four day period. They can just be tossed into the microwave for a minute so that you can enjoy your left over’s. I cannot speak on any days longer than this because we always eat ours the next day for lunch or dinner. I do not recommend that this be frozen and then reheated at a later time. I have heard that the texture of the noodles really changes and the feedback has not been real promising. Any food that we store we always want to make sure that we use it within a decent amount of time so that it does not spoil or change the quality of the dish.
